Having a big sister

Gus's friend Zucco

This is Gus' friend Zucco. When Gus was 9 months old and Zucco was 9 weeks old they were exactly the same size. Now at 10 months and 13 weeks, Zucco is double Gus's size. They still wrestle and play. So adorable!

Note: Zucco is learning ride a skateboard. Gus is not.

Drivin'

Riding around on a sunny day in a 1964 Dodge Dart convertible is pretty great.

Laps

There should always be a lap available. Always. If one cannot locate a human lap, one must settle for the next best thing.

Gus Likes [licks] Cake

Gus went to a birthday party thrown by the nice folks at Pawyard. Gus and "the Queen of the Dog Park" were very much enjoying the doggie birthday cake. We will be working on our party manners. Just because Gus has a short snout and snorts, does not mean he may behave like a pig. He ran and played with the other dogs at Camp Run a Mutt. So much fun. More pictures here!

Yappy Hour at Wine Steals

We went to Wine Steals in Point Loma for the Sunday afternoon dog friendly patio time. [2-5]

This is Bella, she will leave her treat until someone says "okay" it can be someone at a different table in an unrelated conversation we learned. Training tip: use uncommon or foreign words for tricks.


Karin and Doreen had the great taste to wear "gus" colored clothing. Bravo, Ladies you look Magnificent!


This is Dakota. We learned that she was super shy when she was first adopted. With the loving care of her forever mom she is much better. We think she is really nice and has very pretty eyes.

Wine Steals will be opening in Cardiff this month. We hope they have a Sunday for the dogs.
